Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years experience in technical customer support or a similar role
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Good Experience on Application Support / Cloud Support.
• Knowledge of Deployment of Applications.
• Basic Knowledge of User Acceptance testing.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Java)
• Working knowledge of cloud computing platforms (Azure)
