🕒 Experience: 5+ Years | 🧾 Job Type: Full-time, PermanentAre you a sales professional with strong local market knowledge and fluency in your regional language? We’re looking for passionate Offline Sales Managers to join our growing team and drive field sales across key regions in India.
🔹 What You'll Do:
Lead regional sales efforts by leveraging native language fluency
Build lasting relationships with builders, contractors, and dealers
Conduct field visits to generate leads and close deals
Provide in-person product consultations in the local language
Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Track and report on sales performance and market trends
🎯 What We're Looking For:
5+ years of offline/field sales experience, ideally in steel, construction, building material or B2B sectors
Fluent in Kannada (for Bangalore), or Hindi (for Mumbai & Maharashtra region) or Tamil (for Tamil Nadu) or Malayalam (for Kerala)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and open to frequent travel
✨ Bonus Points If You Have:
Knowledge of regional construction markets
Experience mentoring or leading a sales team
Familiarity with CRM tools
