  • Job Description: Jr. Sourcing Specialist - Human Resource

    Location: Mangalore (Onsite)

    Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹14,000 per month (plus additional incentives based on closures)

    Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Jr. Sourcing Specialist to join our Human Resource team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to meet the company's staffing needs.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
    • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
    • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and current information.
    • Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
    • Provide support in organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events.

    Qualifications:

  • We are looking for a skilled Backend Engineer with expertise in Java and cloud development,

    particularly within the Azure ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working

    with Cassandra DB and be ready to start immediately, contributing to our ongoing projects through the end of 2024.

     

    • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java.

    • Implement and manage cloud-based solutions on Azure.

    • Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing

    elements with server-side logic.

    • Optimize and fine-tune existing systems for improved performance and scalability.
    • Work with Cassandra DB to manage and scale distributed databases.

    • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise in development and production environments.

     

    Requirements:

    • 4-6 years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on Java.

    • Proven experience in cloud development, particularly with Azure.

    • Hands-on experience with Cassandra DB is highly desirable.

    • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.

    • Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.

    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Overview:
    We are seeking an experienced Service Transition Manager to oversee the entire transition process of services from the Proof of Concept (PoC) and implementation stages to testing and production. This critical role ensures a smooth handover of services to the Operations team, supporting the overall service lifecycle. The Service Transition Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless transitions that meet both business and client expectations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the transition process, moving projects from PoC to production.
    • Plan and manage changes efficiently, promoting standardization of transition activities.
    • Collaborate with implementation, development, and client-facing teams to ensure smooth handover from client delivery to operations.
    • Serve as the main liaison between project, technical, and operations teams during the transition phase.
    • Develop and execute detailed transition plans, track milestones, and ensure smooth progression of all steps.
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet all technical and operational requirements before going live.
    • Ensure the Operations team is fully prepared post-transition through proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and training.
    • Facilitate operational readiness assessments to ensure new services meet Go-Live criteria.
    • Maintain comprehensive transition documentation (plans, risks, issues, decisions).
    • Continuously improve transition processes and conduct post-transition reviews to capture lessons learned.

    Skills Required:

    • Strong understanding of service lifecycle management (PoC to production).
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
    • Risk management and issue resolution abilities.
    • Proficiency in project management tools like Jira and MS Project.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, IT Management, or related fields.
    • 4+ years of proven experience in service transition management, ideally in a technical or operations environment.
    • Experience in service management or operations, with a focus on transitioning services to live production.
    • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (UK/US time zones).
